ANFIM is a company based in Milan, Italy, and has been designing and manufacturing coffee grinders and grinders for professional use for over 50 years. Its products are robust; the maintenance and technical assistance are simple and they’re ideal for a coffee grind that is uniform, constant and high-quality. The range includes professional and semi-professional models, suitable for either home use or bars, restaurants and coffee shops with low consumption. All our products can be used to grind single origin coffees, gourmet coffees, blends and decaffeinated coffee.

SP II + P

The SP II+ is the top choice to produce a clean flavour with optimal sweetness and perfect balance – even in the busiest environments.
New features on the SP II+ include: Replacement of the mechanical start/stop activation switch with a durable proximity sensor that automatically detects the portafilter and stays unaffected by even the most intense use during peak hours. Upgraded cooling system which now has the industry's leading fans rated at IP55. The dual cooling fans on the SP II+ have been upgraded to IP55 which is the best quality available to stabilize the cooling of the internal temperature of the entire grinder. Removable rear panel that brings a smile of joy to every technician’s face. The removable access panel on the SP II+ is taken off with 6 x 3mm allen screws allowing easy access to the internals for routine maintenance. Two additional safety switches have been added, one under the hopper and one behind the exit spout. These will automatically stop the grinder if either is removed, making the end of day cleaning and maintenance a simplified and safe process.

GRINDER’S RPM

The grinder’s rpm is lower than that of classic flat grinders. Thanks to this low speed, the friction, or rather the heating during the grinding, is significantly reduced, whereas the yield is quite high. This makes the products ideal for extensive daily use in shops, bars, restaurants, etc.;

COOLING SYSTEM

The dual-fan cooling system is extremely effective and silent. It generates an air flow from the bottom to the top: the lower fan sucks in the fresh air that passes through the grinder thus eliminating the transmission of heat and is ejected by a second fan located above.
