Additional Info

You know it, we know it ..the UAE’s gone absolutely bonkers for our Pina Colada coffee over the past couple of years. And fair enough too. It’s been a tropical holiday in a cup. But in true Specialty Batch style, we’ve gone and turned the dial up to pineapple cream scream in 2025.

This year’s lot is a super-charged, sun-soaked, dessert-in-a-cup experience. Think thick coconut cream vibes straight off the bat, quickly joined by lemon-lime fizz, pineapple gelato energy, a sneaky blackcurrant ripple, and a creamy vanilla finish that’s smoother than your favourite playlist.

But here’s where it gets really nerdy (and brilliant):
We’ve introduced a few selective processing twists to our extended anaerobic natural process, involving a proprietary soak and wash to a % selection of the lot as well as a co-fermentation party with lactobacillus, saccharomyces cerevisiae, and a tropical trio of fresh coconut, molasses, and pineapple concentrate. This precise fermentation culture is carefully calibrated to match the coffee’s natural sugars and acidity, creating that lush depth of flavour we’re famous for.

pina-colada-plantation

It’s a 184-hour slow jam of science and sunshine, where temperature, Brix, and pH are all fine-tuned to produce something we can only describe as Colombia gone full cocktail mode.

And of course, we couldn’t do this without Colombia’s ridiculous diversity in microclimates, elevations, and harvest seasons. It’s thanks to that perfect storm of terroir and talent that farmers can now release standout lots like this under their own storylines, rather than blend into the background.

So yes, you could say this coffee is special. You could even say it’s the best version of our Pina Colada to date.
But we’d rather you just brew it and say “bloody hell, that’s delicious.”
