Rubasse 1.2kg Hyper Pro

Lightweight, fully digital, and fully automatic, the Hyper is built for precision and productivity. It handles small batches with finesse and repeats them cleanly, from test roasts to steady daily output. Entirely electric and compact in footprint, it turns modest spaces into professional roasting rooms.

At its core is Rubasse’s near infrared roasting technology, with a centred heat source inside the chamber. Radiation is the primary heat path, so energy reaches the beans quickly and evenly. Control feels immediate, development stays consistent, and flavour expression holds from 300 g to 1.2 kg.

Usability is front and centre. The multi-directional extension touch screen lets you place and operate the roaster where it suits your bench. The digital control panel gives you live data for bean temperature, rate of rise, air temperature, drum temperature, differential pressure, and moisture release. The result is a shorter learning curve, clearer decisions, and faster progress toward optimal roasts.
