Thank you for shopping at Specialty Batch. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, freshly roasted coffee beans, tailored to the preferences of coffee enthusiasts. Given the bespoke nature of our products and the standards we adhere to, please familiarise yourself with our Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our coffee beans and our commitment to health and safety, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances can arise. Our refund policy caters to such situations as outlined below:

  • Product Quality: If you believe the quality of the product received is compromised or does not meet the standards promised on our website, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the product issue.
  • Incorrect Order: In the unlikely event you receive a product different from what was ordered, please notify us within seven days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct order to be sent to you at no additional cost.
