Operational and Delivery Times for Website Orders
We strive to deliver all orders as promptly as possible. However, please note the following delivery timelines:
- • Order Placement: Any orders placed between Thursday and Sunday may only be processed for delivery starting the following Tuesday.
- • Delivery Times:
- For locations within 10km of city centres in the 7 Emirates, typical delivery times are within 24 hours.
- For regional areas within the UAE, delivery times may extend to 2-3 business days.
- • Weekend Deliveries: Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

Refund Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of our coffee beans and our commitment to health and safety, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances can arise. Our refund policy caters to such situations as outlined below:
- • Product Quality: If you believe the quality of the product received is compromised or does not meet the standards promised on our website, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the product issue.
- • Incorrect Order: In the unlikely event you receive a product different from what was ordered, please notify us within seven days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct order to be sent to you at no additional cost.
